User Manual

Step-by-step guidance for every platform role.

This manual gives customers, transporters, and drivers the basic steps needed to complete a booking without confusion.

Help Center

Keep this page open during onboarding.

The manual is written for practical use. Each role gets a direct checklist instead of long policy language.

Support Tip

If a user is stuck, check the booking stage first: request, offer, confirmed booking, pickup, delivery, or proof.
